Well I think you should wake your fiancé up and go back to L&D. If the contractions are that bad they will keep you. You don't want to chance it. My son was almost born in the car on the way to the hospital. Just be careful.
Yeah you could also call the hospital and tell them you were just there and they sent you home but your contractions are worse and think you should come back in and see what they say.

@queendavis, I went to labor and delivery a feed hours ago. and my cervix is closed but my contractions say I'm in labor. they just sent me home

Well contractions are your cervix opening up so if they get worse you should go back in. I dialated from 2-10 in 15 mins so be careful.

Yeah I agree with @queendavis he needs to wake up especially if your hospital is far away.
