@phasion truthfully it just happened out of no where if it's like that still Monday I'm going to call my midwife. and yea I'm fine I've tried to put them up and all that good stuff but nothing helps.

@zamirsmom baby you need to get checked out ... be cautious of your water intake drink at least half of your body weight in ounces, also lay off the salt and sodium at least until they go down. soak your feet in epsom salt keep them elevated ....

@phasion thanks yea all I really been drinking for the last few weeks is water on top of water in going to try the Epsom salt thing tonight if that doesn't work just going to give my midwife a call

@zamirsmom, how about the salt and sodium are you doing good at that? also if you have alot of pressure down there that could be it too but keep me posted 😘😘

@phasion yea my lil flower has been a lot more sore lately but every time I bring that up they say it's normal it's just his head pushing down. salt I'm doing good Idk about sodium cause I really don't know what that's in
