Ladies what is the best way to lose the baby fat?😭
I'm trying so hard and so far my baby fat isn't going anywhere? I really want to be in shape.
Keep breastfeeding if you are, eat grains and starches once a day and try to ensure they are multigrain, veggies veggies veggies and protein, water water water water lol noooooooooo sweeets at all and very very minimal sugar and sauces. :D that's everything i've done and I'm 3 months pp and i've lost 50 lbs
I'm doing weight watchers. lost 5 lbs the first week but you have to be disciplined at tracking! & excersise 😊
