Seriously feel so good after an hour workout. Today was 2.5 mile run and some weight training (back and tri's). Hope all this exercise helps when it's time to deliver (and recover) 💪🏻

I run a half mile, walk a quarter mile, and repeat that until my calves cramp up and I can't move lol @phasion & thankfully I have a treadmill at home since I have to stop to pee every 10 minutes 😩 I'm just hoping its all worth it

Girl you still can run? That's awesome I barely could walk without feeling all this pressure it hurts
