It's called the mini pill. It has progestin only. Look it up and read about it. That's what I am planning to use. :)

I had the mirena. I had nothing but problems. I got it taken out because I had tons of pain during intercourse and as soon as I got it taken out I didn't have pain anymore. Also with the mirena I had cramping all the time. Not trying to scare you or anything its totally up to you. lol

I like it so far. I've had it a month and a half. I still haven't had a period because I'm bf though. the insertion was pretty quick. 2-3 min. it hurt but I took an ibuprofen before I went. I stopped spotting completely after 3 weeks, and my mind cannot feel it. so I'm happy! @may24th
