Help: So my boyfriend is from New Mexico; all of his family is there and he also has many friends there. I've lived in Colorado for 10 years, and my mom, brother, and sister are here. We are very close. Well, our lease ends in March, and he is wanting to move us down to NM then. But I don't feel so comfortable doing that because of a lot of "what ifs". Like what if we, for some reason, break up? I would feel more comfortable with some sort of promise, like an engagement or more, just feel that our relationship is secured.. I don't know if I am right or wrong to feel this way.

My fiancé's family is moving to Texas he has no choice but to go because his brother in law is his boss. I have my doubts about moving because like you said what if we broke up what if we fight. But my mom told me don't just what if the worst what if you move and it's the best thing that ever happened what if you grow closer. So I'm thinking about doing but I'm gonna have a back up plan just in case...
