You couldn't find a babysitter?!

Mommas, do you take your kids with you to run errands and go to mundane appointments? On two separate occasions, a doctors appointment for me and today at a car service appointment, someone has remarked "you couldn't find a babysitter?!" It never crossed my mind to find a babysitter. We only get a baby sitter when we wanna go have dinner alone or watch a movie.
