Braxton hicks vs. real contractions!!!!
This is my second pregnancy, so I feel stupid for asking, but I never had noticeable contractions with my son. Soooo with this pregnancy I have noticed my stomach tightening. Cool....it's a Braxton hicks! But recently, if I'm up an moving...I will feel pain in my lower back, then in my crotch an on the sides of my stomach. It's really quick pain...then goes away! I would say 5 seconds at most, then I have tightening. Would you say that's real? An no I don't feel like anything is time able :/

real contractions last for 30 seconds or more, and are acompanied by cramping and or back pain. you won't be able to talk through real contractions.

Awesome. Thank you sooo much. I feel like I have a lot of pain in my tailbone area! Which I think is great bc it gives me hope she's down there an getting ready. I just wish my body would dilate. She's measuring 38 weeks an 7 lbs. @mrsvelasquez

Real contractions are super intense you will definitely no when you feel them

Okay. I've just heard of people having them an having no idea until they are in full blown labor.
