I feel so so soooo sick!!!! Headache all night long and still going on after taking Tylenol it's not helping much. 😢😢😢😢…

I have horrible migranes, my first pregnancy I was on medication. This second pregnancy I didn't want to go the medication route so I drink a cup of coffee, it helps!

@cuety83, how do I know if it's a migraine? I never had bad headaches it's scary to me. My headache is hurting so bad like really really bad 😢😢😢 I want to cry.

I see you are in your first trimester, your body is flooding with hormones which mean you're more susceptible to headaches, the most common complaint in 1st trimester is nausea and headaches/migranes. They can feel different each time, some are pounding in your temples or the worst when its throbbing in your eyes! try a small cup of coffee (which is fine in small amounts in pregnancy) and see if it helps! tylenol never helped me with headaches!

@cuety83, yeah I am on my first trimester but who you think about the off balance dizziness? I know your not a dr but I have been so sad about that. It happens mainly when I am laying down and turn from one side to another. And mainly on my right side. Dealing w a headache is already like ok but the dizziness is just so much for me. I've never had that before. And they did an MRI and it's normal so I don't know.

hormones can also cause dizzy/lightheadedness along with headaches/migranes. Hopefully in your second trimester the symptoms will subside.

@cuety83, I honestly am praying so hard for it to go away. I think I can deal w the headache but the dizziness I can't explain how worried it has me. I don't know why I just feel like it's not normal but I mean how can I even tell you know. Thank you so much for replying. You have been a help. Thank you so much.

@cuety83, Do you work in a hospital?

I did for about 5 years now I work in a sub acute rehab unit. When people have surgery or other things and they're still too sick to go home or need iv antibiotics or wound care, care from a nurse ect. they come to me.

@cuety83, I just don't understand like why the dizziness doesn't go away and it's only when I lay down I can't stop thinking about it like it just bothers me a lot.
