actually a fever can be dangerous to the baby if it gets high enough. a fever of higher than 101 while pregnant you should go to a clinic. a too high raise in your body temp can cause problems to your child. don't always believe what one person says especially regarding you and your babies health. if Tylenol and water won't lower your fever and its higher than 101 you need to go see a Dr asap.
