As long as the kitten is not crying. Dogs are very maternal so it's normal and adorable. At least they will get along together, my dogs aren't so much of friends with cats lol

I agree with @edomke and @jayylazo your dog may even put her down if the kitten does start to whine because she fell like she's hurting it. I've even seen a dog breastfed a puppy that wasn't hers
