@valerie_jean, I had the gummies an it was like eating candy they didn't help at all bit after when I got these they helped a lot there real prenatals lol

I had the belly bar chewable prenatals but they made me so sick so I switched to the gummies

the gummies I have , it's dha in them too..

Lol . I have sample prenatals from my ob. I think those the ones you have that's what he gave me .

I don't take them but if you sign up for similac you can get a $10 off coupon in the mail . I got one . I wish I could give it to someone who would use it . I feel bad im getting a bunch of coupons for unneeded or unwanted things .
