That's what my baby felt like in the beginning ... I didn't feel flutters I felt thumps, like popcorn popping

It could be little wiggles or your uterus twitching and growing. 13 weeks is early to feel a baby for a first pregnancy but if you're really in tune with your body it could be the baby doing flips. I'm 13 weeks with my second and I've been feeling movements- kind of feels like a feather tickling me from the inside. In the next few weeks you'll be able to feel some more intense movements!

I agree 13 weeks is early for a 1st time mother however everyone body is different. My baby movements definitely felt like what you were describing I am a second time mom. I felt the thumbs at 17 weeks but at 10 weeks I swore I felt settle movement and my best friend doubted me. Just keep paying attention to the thumps if you feel it every other day or so then it's your baby.
