get out of bed and walk. the more I was walking the better I felt and definitely stay on the pain meds. it will help a lot. it'll get better by the end of the week.
okay that's what happen to me my first pregnancy now I'm fixing to have my third c-section Friday... but all I can tell you is take the meds they sent home with you because the first c-section is always the hardest and just take it easy and get up slowly... and I always keep a small pillow up against my incision because for some reason it made it feel better.
@r_oo ask for stool softeners bcuz they want you to poop when before you can go home. and that 1st poop is of the devil lol. Walk as much as possible. Ask for a belly binder it will help alot with keeping your back straight and tightening you stomach so it won't be much pressure on your incision. stay up on your pain meds and just take it easy

walk as much as you can and don't hunch over. don't over do it though! but definitely get out of bed and get moving.
