Please lil chicken fry..continue to be good to mommy's body(I am totally thinking of post baby after math and the struggle to lose the weight. I have the tendency to want to do nothing else but stare at my babies and forget everything else... lol)
12 weeks strong and only a slight bump from 7 weeks. Where's my 12 weekers at?? Happy bump forming mommies!

Hey if youre generally healthy and eat healthy for the most part im sure you'll be fine. I never worked out before or during my first pregnancy- i was always small- and i stayed that way. Gained 16-18 lbs the entire pregnancy and i didnt eat the best and i was lazy. I was back to my original weight in 3 weeks after the birth. Dont worry about weight. You'll be fine.

@honeybee1219,
thank you for the words of encouragement... I had gastric bypass surgery in 2003(which I regret as I lost more weight on my own) after I had my son a few years prior and was too lazy and depressed to lose the weight on my own (I tried to take the easy way out..lol). So, I am just a little nervous of the aftermath. lmao

Understandable- you look great though! I think the fact that youre concerned just proves youre paying attention and you care and i think you'll do great

Btw - its impossible to tell youve ever had a weight issue. Like at all.

awww thanks so much @honeybee1219
I won't lie, I was the bare minimum in weight to qualify for the weight loss surgery... I ate at buffets daily for about a month to gain weight and drank what felt like 10 gallons of water before I had gone in for the surgery consultation. I was young and naive way back in the day...lol
