Just got home with my doctors appt everything seems to be good an healthy although iv gained like 16 pounds so far throughout the whole thing an I'm only 23 weeks... Man I feel like a pig lol really wanna watch how I'm eating now but it's not easy! An I guess I'm measuring 24 weeks an I'm 23 weeks so what does that mean?

It's measuring your uterus from pelvic bone to top of your placenta (or fundus, the measurement is called fundal height). You should gain one cm per week average. All it means is you are measuring a little big bigger than average but it might slow later.

Does that mean he's farther a longer then I was told or he's bigger baby ?

It could be either of those but I measured ahead during a 2-3 appointments and it almost always averaged out the next week.
