my sister and her baby father break up when she was pregnant.. and she didn't have sex.. when she had her baby she rip straight to her butt.. am not having sex.. I don't want to rip that bad.. makes me really scared .. 😓😒😔
@jadon, as do I. It's easier said than done, but you have to try and calm your mind. I usually try to take my mind off of things by distracting myself. Netflix series are really helpful for me.
@jadon, Winnie Palmer is a great hospital. That will be where I deliver as well and all my friends and family who have had babies the last 5 years have also delivered there.
@jadon, I'm sure you will be fine. It's my first baby too. I have worries and anxieties about the whole thing too. Up until this point I've driven myself crazy with some of the most ridiculous things. All moms worry, that's normal.
Don't worry though I was young too when I had my son and scared shitless. But it's even scarier the second time cuz you know what's comin 😂😂
Yep my husband and I had sex everyday during my pregnancy...especially towards the end! It thins your cervix which can help you go into labor faster. And yeah girl that baby is gonna be a whole lot bigger than one finger but trust me, it's gonna come out! Vaginas are like rubber bands they can stretch out a LOT then go back to normal. You'll dialate and open right up!
@jadon, we dilate naturally for the baby to come out. the contractions are meant to stretch you and push the baby through the birth canal. You will be fine, naturally or through c-section. That baby will come out on their own timing. One thing I've learned, whatever you are feeling...that baby is too. Try and keep yourself calm. Just make sure you pick a good hospital and you will be good sailing.
but where u having sex cause I was in the shower and I was thing how am going to push my baby out . and I could even put one finger inside me.. so how is a baby going to come out.. that scare the shit out of me
try not to worry tho, the doctor usually tries to help get the baby out so that you don't rip bad. my doctors kept pushing down around the area the head was coming out.
Sex will only thin out the cervix more (due to sperm), it doesn't determine whether you rip. Most Dr's will give you the episiotomy before you tear, sometimes it's the perineum they cut and sometimes they cut upward into the labia. Most women usually don't feel it because they are already in pain, you shouldn't feel it if you have an epidural either. But they do stitch you back up, I think the worst part would be aftercare and trying to urinate and pass stool for the first time after delivery...I heard that's the worst part.
Oh girl don't watch videos, no no no!!!! That's all bad 🙈 haha it'll scare the shy out of you. I had an awesome labor experience, all natural no drugs and the pain wasn't even bad...you could too! You never know :) don't let the internet freak you out.
having sex doesn't make a difference, it all depends on how big the baby is and their shoulders. you'll be surprised. my first was 9pounds and I got two stitches, my second was 9 pounds 12oz, and I got no stiches.
Lol I know it's scary but sex doesn't make a difference. It has to do with the size of the baby and how big you open up down there. Most women either rip or they cut you. Either way you get stitched back up just the same as before. I wouldn't exclude sex just cuz the fear of ripping more during childbirth 😝
that's true @hippiebaby89
