How u know your breast doesn't supply vitamin D?

Breast milk is surprising low in Vitamin D. Causing babies to need to have the vitamin in a different way - usually drops. 😊@mommyofaking ---- Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus from food, and is important for bone development. Children who are severely deficient in vitamin D can develop rickets, a disorder in which the bones weaken which can lead to fractures and skeletal deformities, diabetes, and and low immune systems. I would try my best to get some drops. Better safe than sorry. 😊❤️

I never used them. My pedi, basically said if you want use them...if not, no big deal!
