we were a one car family for 3 years and were able to finally save enough for a down payment. go to Carmax. they are good and don't make profit so they won't scam you.

they worked with us cause I had good credit but not income, so they used my credit and my husband's income....plus they didn't try to "sell" us on anything m we found the car we wanted online prior called them went to test drive and walked out 2 hrs later because they pre-approved us for a car loan over the phone prior to us even going there! @queenquee

yeah well I mean they used both our credit but even with his, bad credit we were Able to get a loan. @queenquee
