Lower back pain suddenly last night an this morning. I feel like I have been slowly dropping! But this morning I feel like I have a yeast infection. No discharge but my vag is itching (inside). Is there a possibility that it's just stretching? Or is this something that I need to call my doctor? I have a appointment Wednesday an I feel like I could just wait til then.

I would call to be safe. If you are itching like that and having lower back pain it very well could be a infection. You don't want to wait too long because if it is what is causing your back to hurt you don't want it to affect the baby. If an infection goes untreated and spreads to your kidneys it could very well hurt your little one. Just call to be safe hun. Better safe than sorry right?

I texted the doctor because I feel the same way! I have a appointment Wednesday but I don't want it to go untreated if it is a infection.
