Any momma's experience migraines? I can't get mine to go away and I'm in tears its so bad.

i do...and only trying to sleep them off works..plus vicodin or ibuprohen

I thought you couldn't take either of those while pregnant? @yummycake

Same here. I increased my water intake and avoid getting too hot. Plus taking a nap if it gets too bad

I only drink water:( I guess all I can do is sleep it off then

I bought those ice packs that u freeze from dollar tree....I place it on the back of my head, close my eyes, eliminate as much light & just try to stay calm! Sometimes I would take a Tylenol, but I'm just so iffy about meds w my baby ..

I would talk to your doctor if they're unbearable

I did with my first but it turned out in was high blood pressure. I have been told by doctors that if a little Tylenol and rest doesn't take it away, go to labor and delivery.

@martinajjones, I just slept mine off. I too have high blood pressure, it sucks because it creeps up on you at any time of the day, and we'll thankfully I don't work for the rest of my pregnancy, so I just really wind down in a comfortable cat like position propped up with all my pillows and blankets and fall asleep.

I'm on vacation 3 states from my doctor @soon2bemomof2 but I have an appointment on Tuesday (I'm on vacation) do maybe they can help me then. if it grows any worse I'll just to to the er here. @theredheadchic mine is in the front/on top of my head.

Yea the cold may still help w the headache ...or place it on top. When I would tell my doctor, she would always ask about the amount of water I'm drinking so I kno drinking more water will help. & of course they're gna check ur blood pressure ..

I'm worried that I might have high blood pressure. I'm on close watch for it with my diabetes and the last week has been full of abdominal pain, headaches, hot flashes, etc

@martinajjones, @aregi92310 if either one of you start to swell or have upper stomach pain like under your boobs go to the er asap. those are all sign of preeclamcia, nothing to mess around with. I got it with my first and had her at 28 weeks 6 days. Prays to both of you

my legs swell slightly. what kind of pain is it exactly? I have burning pain in the area under my boobs in that small part where my ribs separate @soon2bemomof2

o i havent had one while preggy ....no med for this gal. id think ice would help

@theredheadchic, no it feels like pressure. I can't bend over or push anything because I feel like my face is literally going to explode

I would go I'm to the er. it's better to get checked out. mine pain felt like indigestion. but my doctor said any pain. go to the er, better safe then sorry, @martinajjones

Oh no. I have placenta previa. it's terrible. Doc says to go to the ER if I start to bleed. thankfully I haven't bled. and I don't feel any abdominal pain on either part of my belly. just some nipple soreness once in a while. but I'll ask my doc on Thursday when I visit. thanks @soon2bemomof2

Well ur not seeing spots so that's good....but u kno ur body so go w ur gut, but my headaches would feel soooooo horrible but they'd eventually go away.

you are welcome @aregi92310 . I worry when I hear anything about bad headaches or swelling. I know little headaches and slightly swelling is ok but preeclamcia is no joke, if you ignore the symptoms you can harm yourself and the baby. you can also have seizures. take care ladies
