So I have a question for you ladies. When I was 8w3d I went and got an ultrasound but I measured at 7w3d. So I changed all of my applications to a due date a week later. The clinic I went to was a free clinic and they told me that my actual doctor may not change the due date. Should I track it as if my due date is a week later than I thought or just keep on going with my original due date until I hear different from my doctor? My doctor will see me when I am 13(12?) weeks.

Just wait until u see ur doc and see what he/she says. Will they do an ultrasound?

@mmmirage, I'm not sure. This is my first pregnancy so I have no idea how anything works. I only assume they will to make sure everything is going ok in there

@harata87, yes I think I will! I'm also a little cautious because the girl who measure my little peanut was training so she might have messed up. I'm just gonna keep my original due date according to my LMP until I see my Ob. Thanks for the feedback ladies!! 😊

If it's Ur first obgyn appt, they should do an ultrasound, if they don't. U have the right to ask them to do one . They will tell u everything based off the ultrasound. Babys measurements, due date and heart rate :) and it'll be 100% accurate! And u can ask them to check your blood for the gender! I had my blood drawn at 12 weeks and got results by week 14

Yup!! Lol I was surprised too! I read it online somewhere and my doc was like sure I can check that for u! It was amazing! I knew SO early and went crazy shopping lol don't be nervous! I was so nervous myself the whole time and everything turned out perfect. I was literally stressing for no big deal. Well I did have preeclampsia and they had to get him out a couple weeks early but me and baby were fine! I had an Amazing obgyn! Just make sure u have a great doctor and Ur pregnanxy will be smooth!
