give him a sucker and tell him if he's good he can have another after the haircut

I give my son a sucker and he sits completely still and just drools away and eats his sucker lol

have someone hold him & give him something to distract him.

my nephew use to do the same thing at a barber shop so we decided to let our barber friend cut his hair in his house and what he had to do was sit him in front of a mirror so he could see exactly what he was doing....also she let him pick out his own style @tysonnsmommy
