@diamonds28 is it like rice? my sons teacher is Indian so they eat different stuff and out of the stuff they have eaten he talks about this alot

It needs to be prepared correctly, and it's amazing if it is! I love Rosemary and lemon, lots of garlic in mine.

@amorebello, pretty much the same as rice. Being water to a boil, and then stir in the couscous. Cover, let sit (reduce heat), and then fluff. If you look on Pinterest, you'll find tonssss of recipes.

I incorporate Montessori materials in my kindergarten, but my background is Reggio Emilia! So glad hes got that experience!
