Need some advice mummies!

I'm 19 years old and had suffered with pain pains terribly since I was 15 :(

I had a doctor tell me that a natural birth ( which I want to do) may effect my back and make it worse because of the pressure, stress and tension ill be in with labour :/

however if I went the C section way (which the doctor has told me to think about) I have a better chance of being how I am now and my pain not get any worse (even though I'm in pain with my back 24/7)

Has any mummy's out there had this advice? or been told a dated C section is a better way incase the long term effect of natural makes it worse??

Need a bit of tlc as I'm unsure what to do now :(
