any of the mommies on here save their babys umbilical cord that fell off...my bf wanted too but…

I did haha 😊 I always thought it was weird until I had her and it was sitting on a shelf for a couple weeks. I couldn't bring myself to throw it away so I put it in a bag and kept it with all her baby stuff.

My hospital wouldn't let me. Just the part that fell off. I kept it because it once connected me and my son.

I did. It's pretty common. I just stuck it in a ziploc bag and taped it in his baby book. I mean that little cord is what connected you and your baby and gave it life...why not :)

My step mom kept my brothers and sisters and put it in their baby books. :)

i even wrote the date it feel off on the bag.
