@alicia3_21, Alaura has it, she will bring up the reflux up to her throat, choke on it and start screaming bloody murder and then she goes into a sezuire like spasm that can last up to about 5 minutes. We can always hear the stuff come up in her throat... it's terrible..

sometimes cases are worse than others. @sking092192 baby has it really bad. my baby girl has reflux but it doesn't seem to bother her really. she sounds very full like her milk is trying to come back up and I have to keep her sitting up for awhile after she eats or she'll spit up. she coughs frequently and arches her back too. it helps to do smaller more frequent feeds which your baby might be doing on their own, explaining the frequent feeds. unless your baby isn't gaining weight or it seems to really bother them most drs just let the baby grow out of it. no need to get your baby on medicine unless its a big problem. just burp your baby really well and try to keep him sitting up after he eats (unless he's going to sleep after of course) @alicia3_21

@alicia3_21, how much do you feed each time? My doctor told me to keep in mind the stomach in the size of their first so over feeding can cause them to spit up and such

he'll eat all day if I let him. I have been but now I'm working on trying to distract him from eating. I'm breastfeeding. I think he uses me as a paci also @sking092192

well maybe he is just a tough baby to burp. id look up "ways to burp a baby who won't burp." Delilah also hiccups constantly lol poor baby

Alaura is a tough burper, he could have some reflux. it's sounds like @delilahsmommy2.22 case, if it gets worse your pediatrician can always give him some zantac to help. But as long as he's not vomiting and loosing weight or choking so bad he's not breathing he should be okay😊

so ive been doing wrong in not burping him. I just thought he didn't work. I read some articles. man I hate this ftm thing. I wish I knew everything@delilahsmommy2.22
