I don't even eat those gassy foods but my poor baby has gas all the time 😔 also my baby barely cries I feed him before he even cries but why all the gas?! :( it hurts me so much to see him so uncomfortable & it wakes him up, he doesn't then eat nor sleep properly:(

• I gently pressure point massage his feet between the heel & the ball of the foot for abdomen,
I massage his belly & work his legs in bicycle motion
I also tried reverse football hold
-Anyone KNOW ANYTHING different than I mentioned pls?!
I still might need to get gas relief medicine though

Try gripe water or tummy calm. It's all natural and they sell it pretty much everywhere. It really helps with upset stomachs and gas in babies.

@queendavis, actually oops I did forget to mention that I've tried gripe water, seemed to help couple of times but not every time :( thanks for the suggestion though. Is tummy calm pretty much the same as gripe water?

I'm really not sure if it's the same lol. I do know that tummy calm works better for my son than gripe water does. I found it at Rite Aid and Walmart.
