I stopped taking those zofran pills because they are not meant for pregnant woman. it's lawsuits out there against that medicine. zofran is a medication that's supposed to help cancer patients deal with the nausea due to the chemotherapy and radiation treatments they go through. the FDA never approved this drug to be used on us but the doctors give it to us anyways because it helps with nausea . but , if you use child comes out with birth defects they want nothing to do with that . they swear up and down that's not on them . which is bullshit.

let me tell you how true it is. I took zofran my whole first trimester with my daughter and my nausea was ok still felt nauseated here and there but nothing serious so , then around my second trimester I was diagnosed with placenta previa and they said it was complete (because it's three stages partial , complete and low lying) and if the placenta doesn't move up I'm going to have a C section. so around 37 weeks I got lucky and it went away because the placenta moved in its right spot but tell me why after my daughter was born and she went in for her 3 week check up her pediatrician said she had a heart murmur and to have her get admitted to the er tomorrow morning. so we went and that same day the doctor told me my doctor had to get open heart surgery because she had chd (congenital heart disease) her aorta and valve had to be fixed and replaced . and I never knew that it linked to the medicine until when that commercial came on and then it stuck me . my mom never had that , I never had that to that extent. her dad never had it. she had to get not one but two of those surgeries. all because of that God awful medicine . and it bothers me that they STILL giving out that medication . they prescribed it to me when j was 6 weeks and I told them I declined and why is it still being issued when they know it's lawsuits behind it they couldn't give me an answer the nurse pretended she needed to help someone else . smh
