okay my 2 week old has a cold and can't sleep in her bassinet and idk what to do! how have other mommies dealt with this? she has trouble breathing and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do

Call the doctor. it might not be anything serious but they might know what to do incase it is actually something.

call her doctor try using a nose frida its like a nose sucker thing but way better its a tube that u put in your mouth and her nose and suck all the snot out

target sells em for like 14 ,bucks I used it on my baby worked great

u can get the nose frida at Walmart or Walgreen's I've seen them there don't know if they are the same price

I used saline spray from Walmart (in the kids allergy meds section) & used that plus the suction before she ate. I also put a cool humidifier in the room. she got better in 3 days. definitely take her to the Dr to make sure its just a cold though.
