Mine has been coming out in bits and pieces since 20 weeks, my doctor said it's normal but you should call just to make sure.

It's entirely normal. I've lost mine later with both pregnancies but unless you're having other signs of early labor (contractions, dilation/effacement, bloody show, water leakage) you don't need to go to hospital. All they'll do is keep you on the monitor for a couple hours, tell you everything is fine and send you home. Since you're not very far along your cervix knows to seal itself shut.

I actually lost it at 13 weeks when I was having trouble! We are obviously fine now but I would call! A lot of people don't realize they are having contractions

I'd call too, probably normal but to reason to chance it. let us know what your doc says, please :)

Oh if you're having back pain I would call because you could be having early back labor
