Has anyone ever taken Zofran and got any side effects? If so what where they? I have been taking it…

I had to quit using it. I ended up sipping on ginger ale and cool cloths on my head and neck.

I heard it's awful for baby and will cause birth defects

man fesperman, I stop taking it today I feel like it's killing me. I am so sad because I've never felt like this before. My dizziness is so bad it throws me off

@anfesperman, it's possible, but doesn't always cause birth defects. I took it with both pregnancies, and my girls are fine. But I don't plan on using it with other pregnancies just to be safe. @faithfulness88 there's this one medicine called Dicelegis(or something like that) maybe you can try that and see if it affects you less

@lay ra_love, I have been so sick like really bad I am to the point where I think I am going to die. 💔😢 I have tried reglan too and it's not good for me either so I have to talk to the Dr. I think at this point I am scare to take anything. I don't know what to do. I can't stop crying because I feel so desperate.

Please stop taking zofran! It's been recalled for birth defects. There was a mommy on here a couple days ago who posted about her baby having birth defects. Quiet a few. And that she was going to look into lawsuit of zofran for her because she was also taking it in the beginning of her pregnancy!

maw n0710, I stop talking today. It made me feel worst. I think that's what's killing me right now. Side effects.

Increase your water intake I went through the same thing the first 4 months of pregnancy. What helped me was keeping crackers by my bed and eating some before I even got out of Bed in the morning then the first thing I would do was get a string cheese. I like the Colby jack one. The sharpness of the cheese was more helpful to me. Don't drink water before then or the nausea would be bad wait till after you have the cheese then eat small but extremely frequent through your day. Fruits and pastas were the things I kept down the most so I tried to stick to that stuff.

@be yawna13, I have tried the crackers and pasta is actually one food that kinda does stay in my stomach. I just never thought I would get so sick. Nothing feels normal.

Is there anything that stays down? Do you crave anything? Also make sure the prenatals are food-based, not mineral. They can make a lot of gals sick!

new rthmama, it's rare for something to stay. And even if it does I end up throwing up. It's been so horrible for me.
