yesterday i felt less emotionally upset..but i cant be thinking of how many more i need to go...just take it one day at a time. thanks @martinajjones if u can share more of ur diet id love to see some recipes...my diet sucks so im getting into all this barely.

i went from prediabetic. to having to take unsulin right now. its emotionally a challenge to inject before bed. did u guys have to take insuline
