@sgomez0606, I actually used a corset, madienform makes it and it comes in 3,colors (black,nude,& white) kohls sells it or any dept store. however amazon has it for half the price $21. you wear it under your clothes all day even if your in the house. don't sleep w. it or work out w. it but it makes your muscles come back up worked wonders for me.

I got mine from orchard corset right before I got pregnant and used it for a week and loved it but then found out I am pregnant so I had to stop using it but defiantly will come in handy after baby is here!!
