Thank you so much, I dilated from a 6 to a 10 In 30 minutes, then I only pushed for 7 minutes, it was easy but painful @trezelle

I was 1 at exactly 36 weeks then I went to l&d a few days later then I was 3cm I just turned 37 and was still 3@adelinasmomma

I've been 3 cm since Saturday I was only 34 weeks 2 days, and I didn't even know I was having contractions and it's still hard for me to tell, I have this consistent achey crampy feeling where my pelvic is and it gets more intense sometimes I've been laying here for an hour trying to determine what's going on, any advice?

No all natural @corkyt07 by the time they brought one he was coming out lol

@adelinasmomma, Aww I walked a lot, and I even did a few exercises. Walking really helps so I advise it
