I'm excited to have my son, but my mom is already starting to act possessive over him. She's talking about how she wants him in the room with her the whole night...ummmm...NO!!! It's kinda getting on my nerves.

I'm going to be stingy with my little girl. All I've wanted is a baby so family is going to have to pry her out of my arms lol. No shame tho

Exactly!!! our babies came out of US so they need to wait in line lol. my mom didn't even want me to breast feed! then I finally cussed her out bc it got over bearing & disrespectful. @santistevanmommie

Yes! I'm going to make it clear that I don't want anyone in the room for 2 hr after delivery because me and my fiancé need the bonding time with her before the motley crew comes in. My in laws just always push me to prepare to not be able to breastfeed and I'm like would you guys just leave me the F alone

omg my bf wants his whole family there when I'm in labour and duromg deliver... and I'm over here like no i don't want that.. they can wait till the next day.. i really just want me time with My baby... I understand they're excited but common.. He gets very upset with me when i tell him i don't want anyone there till the mext day.. I wont have any of my family there because they're too far away.. so whats his big deal? I know he was there for his nieces amd nephews but they didn't care.. i do.. isn't it what i want? of course he has a say but i don't want them there till afterwards.. c'mon I'll just have given birth.. i don't think I'll want to see or hear from anyone till atleast the next day

@mssjudyk, your bf needs to understand that you're not going to want to see anyone bc you're tired & feel gross. it's all up to you anyways so he can suck it. plus you can tell the nurse that you don't want more than 2 ppl on the room :)

@santistevanmommie, hmmm that's a good idea. I want to be alone with the baby for a couple of hours until I can take a shower. why don't they want you to breastfeed?

They just swear up and down I won't be able to do it or that I'll give up. And I'm like even if I don't exclusively breastfeed I wanna pump for her. They are always so negative towards me and my fiancé for no good reason so I mostly ignore them
