@danamarie, every time I roll over it's terrible and it's just this dull pain the rest of the day. my momma is a nurse and was a midwife and carried 3 healthy babies and I've asked her about it and she said it's all normal. I just don't know what to do to get rid of the pain
No it hasn't really helped @danamarie . in the army when you're hurt they pump you with Tylenol and ibuprofen and tell you to rest it (no joke they did that with my partial meniscal tear they still haven't fixed) so I have to take a crazy amount of either for it to work and I don't wanna do that

No clue but mine has been sharp stabbing pain for weeks now. I feel you! Has Tylenol helped you? For me not much

Yeah I wouldn't want to over do it either- sucky for us to deal with though!.
