girls ask me that are pregnant all the time what did it feel like when the baby is coming down. all I can say is that it feels like u have to take a really bad shit. but the contractions feel like period cramps but 100 times worst.

yeah I had contractions that I felt in my back (back labor) and it felt like menstrual cramps on steroids lol
