I think ur suppose to eat approx 300 extra calories a day to keep up ur supply. And another good thing about eating veggies n stuff while breastfeeding is that our babies will get a taste for them and will be more likely to eat them/enjoy them when they start solids! I also eat oatmeal every morning... Try that! 😘😘@alicia3_21
very jealous lol! you look very pretty! I'm starting to eat healthy! I did a couple of times and kept loosing my milk supply. but I think I was eating too light. I'm eating more protein and stuff now
You have three kids?! And you look like that?! And yes I don't need to blow dry or use products lol it's shiny most the time! Us Asians what can I say 😂😂😂
Haha thanks hun i feel good. I breastfed which helped lots and I was very strict about eating very healthy and drinking lots of water. You can do it!!!
