any tips on what I can take or do to fight a nasty cold???? I'm currently 21 weeks be 22 tomorrow

Bendryl helped me. My doctor suvgested it although i dont have allergies just because its drowsy to help you rest. And tylonol cpigh and cold works wonders! I used both for like 2 weeks amd it helped so much! Both were suggested by my prenatal doctor so their safe 😊

thanks ladies I appreciate everyone answer @kgonza87 @mrsjlee...im gonna try what u said @morgan_colangelo cause I can't sleep at night or during the day my throat hurts so bad nose feels like I can't breath despite blowing and blowing chest feels like its burning 😱😱😱

You can call & ask your dr if you can take sudefed I did . Helped a lot

No problem, it should deffinently help. I wad in so much pain and i felt horrible and as soon as i took that stuff within a half an hour i felt better. Hope you feel better soon 😊
