A whole week and a few days later but ii still wanted to share lol 🙊😌

BIRTH STORY:

Woke up Friday may 8, 2015 and had an regular doctor check up that morning at 10. I was 41 weeks and 2 days, I was supposed to be seen a week before but didn't bc the doctors office had an emergency closing. Got to the doctors and waited waited waited. Finally the midwife came in and she started to check everything. She went to try and find the baby's heartbeat and she couldnt. I started to panic but tried to relax. Finally found it and it was in a awkward position. She goes the baby is sideways! What!!!! She's been in head position since 31 weeks and at 41 decides to move?!! Sooo I was rushed to the hospital and was told I'm FOR SURE having a c section. Get there and see another doctor who monitors the baby and he said she was still in head position just was the way she was laying. I was told at 41 weeks ii was only 1cm!! I couldn't believe it. So I had to be put on this medicine that softens the cervix, our supposed to take it every four hours and it's really little. I was placed into labour and delivery and they gave me my first pill. It was sooo small but powerful! I was relaxed and started to contract but it was kinda little ones like ii had at home. At 6 7 they got really bad!! I was in so much pain! And they denied me another pill bc the one took me all the way. I made it all the way to 6 cm on my own and had a bad reaction to the Meds and couldn't take the contractions anymore. They gave me the epidural which wasn't to bad just stings, and i started to relax again. My body takes to Meds really fast so after a while ii felt nothing and was able to sleep. I was awakened and was told that Nyima's heart rate was slowing down. I was put on a oxygen mask and they had to physically flip my body over every 30 minutes for the rest of the night. At one point it was getting scary c their were sooo many ppl I the room deciding what to do next. They didn't know if they should do a c section or let me push her out. I was placed on my stomach which was crazy bc ii had no control over anything and ii just prayed from there. They finally got it back up and decided I'm have a vaginal birth. I was then put on pitocin and another medicine to get some of the epidural out of my system so ii would be able to push and that's when the pain came again. By 9 am it was time to push. Pushing isn't what hurts. It's almost as if you really really have to go to the bathroom. But when the baby comes!! It hurts like idk what!!! Nyima wouldn't budge through so they had to cut me, she cute me four times and pushed down on my goods. That didn't help fast enough and Nyima was stuck and getting stressed so a nurse had to get on top of me and punch down on my stomach to get Nyima shoulders out and there she was at 11:19 am 9pounds 10.5 oz and 22 inches long. It was truly amazing and ii can't express my emotion once ii saw her. I ended up leaving with 2 degree cuts and 16 stitches but she was worth it 😌😊💜
