I just started being checked when I hit 37 weeks so don't feel bad... but I'm not tripping no more I'll be induced on the 29th so I'm happy...

I've been 2cm and 75% for 3 weeks I'm 39 weeks and 3 days i feel like a whale but I'm not having any contractions at all

I find this odd everyone seems to be getting checked if dilated at 37 weeks and my boyfriends mom that had hers 6 months ago said they start checking every week at 36 weeks but I'm 38 weeks and haven't been checked yet? I'm suppose to get checked today but still I don't get why they didn't check last week...
