if something got shipped Friday it's now Tuesday and didn't come today shouldn't it have been here by now? shipped usps priority 2 day . also I have a tracking number and it still says preshipment nothing has changed

Just a makeup rant. I've been eyeing a Kat von d makeup pallette for quite some time now and I check regularly to make sure it hasn't been taken down and today I saw the out of stock in Sephora. I died a little inside. Checked the Kat von d website and sure enough they have it in stock. Can I get it? No cause I live in Canada and they ship within the U.S only. Just called my mother to get her to call up a friend so I can have it shipped there and get her to ship it to me. How would that work though? Obviously I'll pay the shipping charges to have her ship it here but how would I get her the money? The things a girl does for makeup. ??
