I'm so sorry about your dad hun! but he won't remember anything bad said what he remembers is all the good and your little blessing I didn't talk to my mom before she passed away because I was mad she didn't answer my calls I know how it feels for the last words to not be the best but just know he's looking down smiling at you guys remember the good.. you have to do the same for yourself ❤

2 weeks before my dad died I went off on him because he was a f'ing selfish man child who didn't give a 💩 that I would help him but he couldn't help himself... He died a month after my best friend's mom died. I was a wreck. It's been a little over a year and I still get sad. 99.9% sure a parent doesn't think about what their child last said to them, good or bad. What I've learned about grieving the loss of a parent is its ok to be confused- especially if you had a rocky relationship with him. You can be sad, pissed, emotional, numb, acceptive and go through this cycle. Every emotion you can possibly feel is ok and normal. If you need to talk more let me know. I had some really shitty times with my dad, but he was still my dad. Let me know. Sorry for your loss.
