Might help to talk it out. holding it in is not healthy. come up with a code word with your bf that means we need to stop this conversation and talk about it in private.

sometimes I'm rude to my husband and he says if I am is probably deserved but I told him if I'm that way in front of people is like him to tell me please go take a break. I don't want him to feel disrespected or people to think I'm a bitch.

I just don't always catch myself when I do it. always say how you feel but do your best to do it at the right time.

when im mad at my bd and I dont wanna yell or have things come out wrong I write him a letter of everything I want to say that way I get everything out that I wanna say without interruptions and no fighting I leave the note where I know he will sit down or where I know he will be.

We talked about it and he says I always just yell instead of just talking but he be pissin me making me think im doin wrong .. Im just a real defensive person . So I have to work on that @xander70315 @jomommaclark

do your best to communicate. ask him to use a code word when you're "yelling" this way you know what he is talking about. sometimes we just don't catch ourselves or their definition of "yelling" can differ from ours.

My ex use to say I had this tone in my voice which I never understood what he was talking about bc he never called me out on it while I was doing it.
