If sounds like round ligament pains to me. If it's just ur lower stomach and walking doesn't help.

or Braxton Hick contractions. I get those a lot.

well i do poop but small amounts...nd the pain is on the bottom of my belly more like the vajayjay area but on the left side only @bstill60

The baby might be siting low and on that side, I'm getting a pain similar to that right now but she's actually siting on that side lol

I usually lay on the opposite side. And push her and that usually helps.
