Calling all mommies! I am 30 weeks today, my husband travels for work. we live in Laconia NH and drove to Chester PA today on our drive through NY we hit some crazy bumpy roads. I have had what I thought was a few light contractions but today it was really bad my stomach was tight and trying to move hurt at first I thought it might just be gas but I wasnt backed up ( sorry tmi) and the pains felt different than gas. It lasted about 20-30mins. Do you ladys think it was contractions? or am I crazy? lol I just dont know what to expect I feel so silly!

I'm 29 weeks too! I've had those pains before. Usually when I get them they last about half an hour. I've found that leaning over something lower so it's kind of like doggy style but standing up helped every time. And breathing. Not sure what it was but was def a stabbing pain

yeah! it was almost like period cramps in a way, kind of hard to explain! yeah I had to remember to breath it hurt that everytime it happened I would tense up.

I believe its Braxton Hicks contractions which arent really false labor but it means your getting close. Their early congractions that can start in the 8th 😊 Im a first time preggo too so im really not 100% sure if thats what they are but ive read about it and my aunts have experienced it.

Maybe that means I will have my little one a little earlier than week 40! lol I dont want to have my little one yet its too early! I thought that it was braxton hicks. I just dont want to be that paranoid mommy that goes to the DR for everything. @morgan_colangelo
