Anyone deal w night 💦sweats💦 during the 🌛night? I'M 5wks 3days and for the past couple of night's I'M waking up 💦sweating💦 pulling covers off then freezing because were I have slept😴? so I sleep half covers off lol

Im 20 weeks and just started getting night sweats really bad a few days ago . I have always been a blanket sleeper and need my blanket to sleep now I'll wake up and throw it off and I am more comfortable .

At least 3 nights a week and this is with air conditioning and a fan 😩. I basically powder my entire body before bed now

I have this lovely symptom too. I wake up freezing and shaking, shivering and have to change all my clothes. It's no fun
