is it worth it to store fore milk? I know its fore milk because I only pumped for like 2 mins off one boob and got 3 oz ( yea way too much supply for the demand) so should I store it or dump it?

Breast milk is good for 5 months when frozen, store it! Never know when you might need it!

definitely store it. when my books were engorged I didn't store it and now I'm so stressed out and my supply is suffering from it. I pumped for 30 minutes and only got 2 oz from one boob. I hear if your sick it decreases supply too so it's a good idea to store the extra supply just in case.
