When I went to the doctor or Friday they said the tissue in between my ribs is really inflamed they told me to use heat and ice and take Tylenol When I did the heat it got 10 times worse where it felt like my insides where coming out and burned really bad. Last night when I took a shower the water hitting the area made it where I almost passed out from the pain and it was so inflamed now I'm not sure if I should worry about it cause it's getting worse or just let it be and use Tylenol and ice
